We began with competitive research to identify industry best practices. Then, we developed personas from stakeholder interviews to understand user needs and pain points, such as difficulties in PO management and limited data access.

We incorporated J-Long’s brand colors into the portal theme, ensuring a cohesive and professional look that resonated with the company’s identity.

As a fashion and textile graduate, this project allowed me to apply my knowledge of textile manufacturing in a digital transformation context. The challenge involved mastering OCR technology and strategically determining the most relevant information to display on purchase orders, ensuring they support effective management and decision-making.
